Animal Grief Support — Spirit-Led, Heart-Centered Talk Therapy

The loss of an animal companion can be just as deep and life-changing as the loss of a human loved one. Our animals are family. They share our routines, our homes, our quiet moments, and our hearts. When they leave us, the grief can feel overwhelming, lonely, and often misunderstood.
I offer a gentle, heart-centered space for those grieving the loss of an animal companion. These sessions are rooted in supportive, talk-based care and compassionate presence, allowing you to speak openly about your bond, your memories, your love, and your grief — without judgment or the need to explain why it hurts so deeply.
I have had the opportunity to care for and connect with many animals over the years. Through running a dog kennel, I see the meaningful bonds that form between animals and their caregivers every day. I have experienced the impact of their loss not only personally, but alongside the families who love them. Walking this path from both sides has deeply shaped how I hold space for animal grief — with empathy, understanding, and deep respect for the human–animal bond.
